Terms and Conditions
Story Time Custom Gifts and Garner Enterprises, divisions of Scenarios, LLC, will provide its customers with customized books and gifts designed by Story Time Custom Gifts.
- All customized books and gifts must be paid in full prior to creation of customized digital images or book personalization. Each purchase Includes graphic artist design services and provision for a maximum of two proofs at no charge. Any additional artist revisions will be billed at $50.00 per hour and any additional proofs will be billed at $75.00 each.
- All completed designs are fully owned property of Scenarios, LLC. All copyright rules apply and will be enforced via attribution. Any adaptation, of said designs either for commercial or non-commercial use, without prior written consent of Scenarios, LLC etc., is strictly forbidden.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers are required to notify Story Time Custom Gifts of all amendments to books and gifts within 15 business days of purchase. Story Time Custom Gifts agrees to provide customer witth customized digital proof within a maximum of 30 calendar days following receipt of necessary amendments from customer. However, this process generally can be completed within 7 business days. Customer is required to give written approval of final proof within 7 business days following receipt of digital proof. No printing or casting of jewelry will occur without full payment and customer proof approval (in writing).
- Refunds will be issued if customer is not satisfied with amendments shown on final proof. No refunds or exchanges will be given once customer provides written approval of final proof.
- Every attempt will be made to provide refund to original form of payment, however, Story Time Custom Gifts reserves the right to executes refunds via mailed business check to address on file for customer, in the event it is not possible to provide refund via original form of payment.
- Story Time Custom Gifts will not be liable for transit loss due to third party delivery errors or losses.
